GLUTEN-FREE MENU


We have had a separate gluten-free menu for nearly a decade. Those with a gluten allergy or intolerance can order P.F. Chang’s favorites like Chang’s Lettuce Wraps and Chang’s Spicy Chicken knowing their food will be made completely free of gluten.

Our chefs use a designated gluten-free cooking area with gluten-free woks and cooking utensils. Many of our restaurants use designated gluten-free plates as an extra step to ensure your meal is gluten free.

ALLERGY INFORMATION


Being in the food business, we are aware that many people have serious food allergies. Peanuts is a big one for us because it’s an ingredient used a lot in Asian sauces. Luckily, we’ve thought this through. Every kitchen in every restaurant is equipped with an extensive allergy matrix.

It’s very important that you let your server know about any food allergies upon ordering. This will ensure that the proper steps are followed so you can safely enjoy your meal.

SCRATCH KITCHEN REDEFINED

Many words in the food industry are frequently misused.
For full transparency, we've defined some of the words we use every day in our kitchens.

purposeful:

An ingredient or technique that is intentionally chosen for a specific nutritional or flavor benefit.

clean ingredients:

Simply put, free from junk. Our clean ingredients are raw, fresh, whole, and nutritious.

scratch kitchen:

Everything from dumplings and egg rolls to sauces and soup broths are made from scratch. Our scratch kitchen embraces traditional cooking methods, simple tools, and a bounty of ingredients that are delivered whole. Nothing is pre-cut or pre-cooked.

chef-made:

All of our kitchens, inside each of our restaurants, are overseen by chefs not kitchen managers. Everything we do is done with a chef’s eye for flavor and technique.

pure:

The wok is one of the purest forms of cooking. Because of the intensely high heat, vegetables and meats cook in a matter of seconds, which allows them to retain nutritional value that otherwise may be stripped away with other cooking methods.

We use the time-honored tradition of wok cooking combined with simple recipes to ensure maximum nutrients and flavor are delivered to your table.
