When was P.F. Chang’s founded?

P.F. Chang’s opened its doors in 1993 at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ.

What does P.F. Chang’s stand for?

P.F. Chang’s was conceived and developed by Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang) so both names were incorporated into the name of the concept.

Does P.F. Changs’s accept reservations?

Will you give me my recipe for my favorite dish?

We hold on tightly to our signature recipes however we highly recommend Barbara Tropp’s cookbooks. She was an expert in Asian cuisine and a consultant with P.F. Chang’s throughout our menu development.

Does P.F. Changs’s have menu items for those with Celiac's Disease or an intolerance to gluten?

Yes. The menu is located on our website in the 'Menu' section. Our Gluten Free Menus are available in our restaurants as well. Simply ask your server upon arrival and we’ll try to accommodate any special requests.

Does P.F. Changs’s provide nutritional information for your menu items?

Yes. All of our current nutritional information for our menu items is available on our website under 'Menu'. Near the bottom, click on the 'View Our Nutritional Information' button. However, if you are on a special diet program, please speak with one of our managers or Chefs during your visit and we will do our best to make menu recommendations and accommodate your needs.

How do I make a request for a charitable donation?

P.F. Chang’s proudly supports charitable organizations in our restaurants’ local communities. Please feel free to contact the Operating Partner or any manager at your local P.F. Chang’s to inquire about charitable giving availability.

How do I become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member?

What do I get for being a member?

You will automatically receive 1,000 points just by becoming a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member. After that, earn 10 points per dollar spent on all purchases (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, airport locations and international locations).

You'll also receive a complimentary appetizer or dessert of your choice to enjoy any time during your birthday month

What information do I need to provide to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member?

When do I receive my 1,000 points for joining?

Your 1,000-point enrollment bonus will post to your account after your first transaction in the restaurant as a member. The first time you tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member and give your phone number after you have enrolled, your 1,000-point enrollment bonus will post to your account.

Who can join the reward program?

This program is now open to all P.F. Chang’s guests.

Do I need to be signed up for the email list in order to participate in the P.F. Chang’s Rewards Program?

While it is not required to sign up for our email list in order become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member, we recommend you opt in to receive our emails, as any communication regarding P.F. Chang’s Rewards exclusive offers, surprises and birthday rewards are sent via email.

POINTS

How do I earn points?

Tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member and give your phone number to earn 10 points per dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s. You can earn points by dining in or picking up takeout orders. It's that easy.

How many points do I get per meal?

For every dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s, you'll earn 10 points. For example, if you spend $40 on eligible purchases, you'll get 400 points toward your next Free Entrée Reward. Generally the amounts are rounded-up—see terms for details.

How many points do I need to earn a Free Entrée Reward?

Every time you earn 2,000 points, a Free Entrée Reward will be automatically issued and redeemed on your next qualifying purchase. Free Entrée Rewards expire 60 days from date of issuance.

Your point balance, rewards, and all of your account info, can be found at PFChangs.com under "My Account".

When do I get my points?

Your points should appear in your account within one day of your purchase. And remember, once you reach 2,000 points, you will receive an email alerting you of your Free Entrée Reward. At any time, you can log into your account to view your point balance and available rewards.

Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.

How do I check my point balance?

Your point balance will be printed at the bottom of your receipt each time you tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member.

Your point balance, and all of your account information can be found at PFChangs.com under the “Rewards” tab.

Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.

What do I earn points on?

Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items.

Points cannot be earned on the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges and tips.

Do I earn points on gift card purchases?

No. Points are not earned on gift card purchases. However, when the lucky recipient of the gift card uses it, they can earn points if they are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member.

Do I earn points on bonus card purchases?

No, bonus cards are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Rewards points.

Do I earn points on orders placed through third party ordering services such as DiningIn?

Unfortunately, no.

Do I earn points on alcohol purchases?

Unfortunately, no.

When do points expire?

Points expire when a P.F. Chang’s Rewards account has no transactions within a 12-month period or earns no reward within a two-year period.

In case of membership termination, member points will be forfeited.

REDEEMING REWARDS

How do I redeem my rewards?

Once you have earned a reward, be sure to provide your server with your phone number and the Free Entrée Reward will be automatically applied to the highest-priced entrée on your next visit. Charges for modifications not included.

Please note that rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

Your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first of your birthday month. To redeem, simply dine with us and the highest priced applicable, appetizer or dessert will automatically be deducted from your bill. Charges for modifications not included.

Can I use more than one reward at a time?

No, only one reward can be used per purchase with the exception of the birthday reward which may be combined with a Free Entrée Reward or any other offer.

Which items are eligible for a Free Entrée Reward?

A Free Entrée Reward can be used for any of the following eligible menu items:

· Salads
· Main Entrées
· Noodles & Rice
· Gluten Free Entrées
· Seasonal Entrées

*Free Entrée Rewards are not eligible with P.F. Chang’s For Two. Charges for modifications not included.

Can I earn points and redeem rewards on takeout orders?

Yes. When you pick up your order, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member and share your phone number with your server. You will then earn points and redeem a Free Entrée Reward if available.

Can I earn points and redeem rewards through an online order?

Yes. Your Free Entrée Reward will not be redeemed until you provide your member information at the store. When you pick up your order, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member and give your phone number to your server. You will then be able to earn points or redeem a Free Entrée Reward, if available.

When do rewards expire?

A reward will be automatically issued each time you reach 2,000 points and will expire 60 days after it's issued. Rewards are automatically applied on your next visit. To make sure you don’t miss out, we’ll notify you of your reward via email and send an email reminder 30 days and 15 days prior to expiration.

In case of membership termination, member points will be forfeited.

Can my rewards be used at Pei Wei?

No, P.F. Chang’s Rewards can't be used at Pei Wei.

What happened to Warrior Rewards?

P.F. Chang’s Rewards has replaced Warrior Rewards. Previous Warrior Rewards members who have not yet enrolled must Contact Us using the P.F. Chang’s Rewards feedback topic to activate their new P.F. Chang’s Rewards account.

Does my Warrior Rewards card still work?

Yes, at this time, your Warrior Rewards card can be used to look up your P.F. Chang’s Rewards account. However, member accounts are more easily located using your phone or member number.

GENERAL

Do I have to notify my server that I am a member?

Yes. Please share your phone or member number with your server in order to earn points or redeem any Free Entrée Rewards that you may have.

Do I have to give you my phone number?

Your phone number is used to look up your P.F. Chang’s Rewards account. This will allow you to earn points and redeem rewards.

You can also use your P.F. Chang’s Rewards member number to identify yourself in-store. This number can be found on your virtual card in your account details or in your member emails.

What do I do if I forget to tell my server I'm a member?

To earn points for a past visit, please Click Here to request retro-credit.

Details from your receipt will be requested as proof of purchase.

Retro-credit for points may be issued for a purchase made within the previous 30 days.

What does it cost to join?

It's completely free to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member (and there are no hidden fees later, either).
