What is the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program?The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty reward program allows participating members to earn points and redeem points for rewards. The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® program consists of both a free tier – P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ – and a paid membership tier – P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™
All participants in the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® program initially enroll as P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ program members. P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Members desiring the enhanced benefits of our paid membership tier may upgrade to P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ at any time. More information on P.F. How do I become a P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ Program Member?You can download the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or visit P.F. Chang’s Rewards® to fill out an enrollment form to become a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member. Membership is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions found by visiting P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Terms and Conditions.
What do I get for being a P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ Program Member?You will automatically receive 1,000 points just by becoming a new P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member. After that, you will earn 10 points per dollar spent on all qualifying food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations.
You will receive a Reward worth $15, redeemable for eligible food and beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations, for every 2,000 points earned.
Upon completion of your full Member profile, including your birthday month, you will also receive a Birthday Reward—a complimentary dessert or appetizer of your choice to enjoy any time during your birthday month.

How do I earn points?You must tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ Program Member and provide your account information to earn 10 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at participating P.F. Chang's locations.
You can earn points by dining in, picking up takeout orders, or having takeout orders delivered from participating P.F. Chang's locations. It is that easy.
Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®, are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ Program points.
What information do I have to provide to earn points?Provide your email address, phone number, or P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member Number to identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member. Your Member Number is required to identify your member account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards®, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
When do I have to identify myself as a P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ Program Member to earn points?Notify your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member with your Member Number at any time before payment during your visit to earn points for qualifying purchases.
For orders placed online, login using your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account before placing your online order for takeout or delivery.
How many points do I get per order?For every dollar spent on eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations, you will earn 10 points. For example, if you spend $40 on qualifying purchases (after application of all discounts and promotions, if any), you will get 400 points toward your next $15 Reward. Generally, the amounts are rounded-up—visit P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Terms and Conditions for details. Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items after application of all discounts and promotions. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, or on delivery fees, surcharges, comps, tips, taxes, or the value of redeemed Rewards.
How many points do I need to earn a $15 Reward?Every time you earn 2,000 points, they will be automatically converted to a $15 Reward, which will be posted to your account and eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase. Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance.
Your points balance, earned Rewards, and all your account information can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member account P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in.
When do I get my points?Your points should appear in your account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. And remember, once you have earned 2,000 points, you will receive an email alerting you of your $15 Reward. At any time, you can login to your account to view your point balance and earned Rewards.
Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a $15 Reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.
How do I check my points balance?Your points balance will be printed on a receipt each time you tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member and provide your account information.
Your point balance, earned Rewards, and all your account information can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member account in the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in.

Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information to the server when you pick up your order. Do I earn points on orders placed through third party ordering services such as DoorDash®?Unfortunately, no. Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®, are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program points
When do points expire?Points expire after 365 days of account inactivity. In case of membership termination, any earned available points will be forfeited.

Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my $15 Rewards?Once you have earned a $15 Reward, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward. The Reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order. The entire $15 Reward must be used in a single transaction. No credits or refunds will be given for orders in which the qualifying purchase totals less than $15.
Please note that Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit.
Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, retail merchandise, alcohol, service or delivery fees.
How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced dessert or appetizer item on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
Can I use more than one Reward at a time?No, only one Reward can be used per purchase. Rewards are exclusively for P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Members.
What if I have multiple Rewards in my account when placing an order?Only one Reward may be redeemed per order. If you have multiple Rewards (e.g., $15 Reward(s) and/or Birthday Reward) available when placing your order, please advise the server which Reward you wish to redeem. If you do not specify which Reward you wish to redeem, the eligible Reward with the earliest expiration date will be redeemed.
Can I redeem Rewards on takeout orders?Yes! When you pick up your order, before payment, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information to redeem a $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available.
Can I redeem Rewards through an online takeout or delivery order?Yes. Login using your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a takeout or delivery order online or through the mobile app and your $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available, will be visible in your wallet.
If you forget to login using your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a takeout order online or through the mobile app, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information when you pick up your order. The server will redeem your $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available. Only one Reward may be redeemed per order. If you have multiple Rewards available when placing your order, please advise the server which Reward you wish to redeem. If you do not specify which Reward you wish to redeem, the eligible Reward with the earliest expiration date will be redeemed.
Unfortunately, if you forget to login using your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account when placing a delivery order online or through the mobile app, we will not be able to redeem your Reward on that order.
Can I redeem Rewards on orders placed through third party ordering services such as DoorDash®?Unfortunately, no. Rewards cannot be redeemed on orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®.
When do Rewards expire?A $15 Reward will be automatically issued each time you earn 2,000 points and will expire sixty (60) days after it is issued.
Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
All issued Rewards are available to redeem on your next visit. To make sure you do not miss out, we will notify you of your earned Reward via email and send an email reminder, as well.
In case of membership termination, any earned available points and any available Rewards will be forfeited.
Can my Rewards and other P.F. Chang's Rewards® Program benefits be used at Pei Wei?No, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member benefits cannot be used at Pei Wei.
What happened to P.F. Chang's Rewards®?The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty reward program has not gone anywhere; it simply has evolved! Instead of a single-tiered program, the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® program now consists of both a free tier – P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ – and a paid membership tier – P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™. Previous P.F. Chang’s Rewards® members with active accounts are automatically enrolled as P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Members.
Previous P.F. Chang’s Rewards® members with active points in their account (points earned from visits within the last 365 days) have been converted to the new P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program and all active points have been transferred. If you have any questions, please contact Guest Relations.
If you were a previous P.F. Chang’s Rewards® member who has not had any activity on your account in the last 365 days OR if you do not have an email address on file for your account, your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account may be deemed inactive. Once your account becomes inactive, your points and rewards will be forfeited, Please contact Guest Relations using our Contact Us form or visit P.F. Chang’s Rewards® to create a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account.

Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found upon logging into your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
Your Member Number is not available as a way to identify your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account in many locations. In these locations, you must provide the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Do I have to give you my email address?In most locations, the email address associated with your account is how you can identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Member. Certain locations require that you provide your Member Number. You must identify your account information in order to earn points and redeem Rewards. Your Member Number is available by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
What do I do if I forget to tell my server I am a Member?If you have not told your server prior to payment, you can still retroactively earn points associated with your qualifying purchase within thirty (30) days. Your receipt will provide the information you need to apply to earn those points. Login to your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account and scroll to the “Retro Credit” section, where you can enter your receipt details to earn points on qualifying past purchases. You can also email Guest Services (guestservices@pfcb.com) to help assist you with a retro-credit. You can also contact guest services using our Contact Us form.
Retro-credit for points will only be issued for qualifying purchases made within the previous 30 days.

- Free Delivery*. You will receive free delivery, which includes free service fees on all orders placed directly with, and fulfilled by, P.F. Chang’s or its designee.
- Priority Reservations. Platinum members will be able to access and receive assistance from the Platinum Concierge team if assistance is needed in securing a reservation. Login to your Platinum Account to contact VIP Concierge Support.
- Priority Waitlist Seating. Platinum members who visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location, inform the host staff of their Platinum membership and are verified as P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready.
- VIP Concierge Support. You will receive special occasion recognition when dining in-restaurant at participating P.F. Chang’s locations with a custom table setting available only to P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members. Plus, you will receive access to a Members-only VIP Concierge Support service that will endeavor to reply to all e-mails and calls within 30 minutes (during business hours, excluding all holidays). Login to your Platinum Rewards Account to retrieve the VIP Concierge Support phone number and email address.

How much does the monthly P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership cost?The monthly P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership fee is $6.99, excluding applicable tax.
Why do I need to store my credit card to create a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ account?Because the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ program is a subscription membership program with a monthly recurring fee, we require a stored credit card for billing purposes. Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card in your account.
How do I renew my subscription each month?Your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership will automatically renew each month. The monthly fee will be charged to the credit card saved in your account.
When will I be billed each month?Your billing cycle is determined by the date you upgrade to the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership and sign up for the subscription. The billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you enroll.
How do I cancel my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership?When signed into your account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards®, go to “Manage Account Details” to cancel your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership subscription. Please note that even if you cancel your paid P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership, you will remain enrolled in the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program and will retain all accrued points in accordance with the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program terms and conditions. Please contact VIP Concierge Support service via phone or by email with any cancellation issues.
Can I get a refund if I do not use my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership benefits?No, we do not offer refunds for unused membership benefits. You can cancel your subscription by going to “Manage Account Details” when signed into your account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards®.
Can I use my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership benefits with my family and friends?No. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership is an individual subscription linked to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ member account. Benefits of the program are non-transferable.
Can I purchase a P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ Program membership subscription as a gift for someone else?Unfortunately, no. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership is an individual subscription linked to an individual’s P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ member account. Our Privacy Policy does not allow you to access another person’s member account to add a gift membership.

Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my $15 Rewards?Once you have earned a $15 Reward, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward. The Reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order. The entire $15 Reward must be used in a single transaction. No credits or refunds will be given for orders in which the qualifying purchase totals less than $15.
Please note that Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit.
Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, retail merchandise, or alcohol.
How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced dessert or appetizer item on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
Can I use more than one Reward at a time?Yes, you may use more than one Reward per purchase for any online orders. Rewards are exclusively for P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Members. If multiple Rewards are used then the subtotal of the check must exceed the total amount of the multiple Rewards.

Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account when placing a takeout or delivery order online or through the mobile app and your $15 Reward or Birthday Reward, if available, will be visible in your wallet. If multiple Rewards are used then the subtotal of the check must exceed the total amount of the multiple Rewards.

Can I redeem Rewards on orders placed through third party ordering services such as DoorDash®?Unfortunately, no.When do Rewards expire?A $15 Reward will be automatically issued each time you earn 2,000 points and will expire sixty (60) days after it is issued.
Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
All issued Rewards are available to redeem on your next visit. To make sure you do not miss out, we will notify you of your earned Reward via email and send an email reminder, as well.
In case of membership termination, any earned available points and any available Rewards will be forfeited.

Your Member Number is required to identify your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found upon logging into your P.F. Your Member Number is not available as a way to identify your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account in many locations. In these locations, you must provide the email address associated with your account.

Do I have to give you my email address?In most locations, the email address or phone number associated with your account is how you can identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member. Certain locations require that you provide your Member Number. You must identify your account information in order to earn points and redeem Rewards. Your Member Number is available by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
What do I do if I forget to tell my server I am a Member?If you have not told your server prior to payment, you can still retroactively earn points associated with your qualifying purchase within thirty (30) days. Your receipt will provide the information you need to apply to earn those points. Login to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account and scroll to the “Retro Credit” section, where you can enter your receipt details to earn points on qualifying past purchases. You can also call Guest Services to help assist you with a retro-credit.
Retro-credit for points will only be issued for qualifying purchases made within the previous 30 days.
How do I find my account information?Once you log in to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account, your email address and Member Number can be found on your P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program account dashboard in the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in.

Reservations on holidays cannot be guaranteed.
How do I get priority waitlist seating at P.F. Chang's restaurants?You will receive waitlist priority for in-restaurant dining at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. When you visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information to the host staff and are verified as a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ member, you will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready.
