Upon completion of your full Member profile, including your birthday month, you will also receive a Birthday Reward – a complimentary dessert or appetizer of your choice to enjoy any time during your birthday month.
What information must I provide to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member?Just your email address! To use your account for online ordering or view your digital wallet and rewards, you will want to SET a password by selecting "Forgot Password" on the sign in page and follow the prompts to create your new password and access your account.

Who can join the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program?The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program is open to all P.F. Chang’s guests aged 18 and over who legally reside in the United States. Restaurant employees of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. and its franchisees are not eligible to enroll in the Program.
Do I need to be signed up for the email list in order to participate in the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program?While it is not required to sign up for our email list in order to join P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program, we recommend you opt in to receive our emails, as any communication regarding P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program exclusive offers, surprises, and birthday rewards (if eligible) are sent via email. After signing up, you can unsubscribe from promotional P.F. Chang's emails at any time.

How do I earn 15 percent Chang’s Cash™ Rewards?You must tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member and provide your account information when dining in-restaurant, or sign into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member account for online orders, to earn 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards on qualifying food and beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations.
You can earn 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards by dining in, picking up takeout orders, or having takeout orders delivered from participating P.F. Chang’s locations. It is that easy.
Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services such as Uber Eats®, are not eligible for earning Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards.

Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my 15 percent Chang’s Cash™ Rewards?Your 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards will automatically be added to your account when you make a qualifying purchase. To use your 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Rewards, or sign into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member account for online takeout and delivery orders. You can apply your entire available Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards balance to any single purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages, up to the total amount of your eligible purchase.
15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards cannot be used towards the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, delivery fees, comps, or gratuities, and cannot be used towards orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as Uber Eats®.
How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced dessert or appetizer item on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
Can I use more than one 15 percent Chang’s Cash™ Reward at a time?Yes! Your 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards issued within the last 60 days accumulate in your Member account and the total balance of your Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards can be used toward a single purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding tax, gratuities, alcohol, and gift cards). 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards are exclusively for P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Members. If you have 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards available when placing your order, the full balance of your earned and unexpired 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards will be redeemed, up to the total amount of your eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchase. Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards with the earliest expiration date will be redeemed first. Any unused Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards will remain in your account until their original expiration date.

What do I do if I forget to tell my server I am a Member?If you have not told your server prior to payment, you can still retroactively earn 15% Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards associated with your qualifying purchase within thirty (30) days. You can email Guest Services (guestservices@pfcb.com) to help assist you with a retro-credit. You can also contact guest services using our Contact Us form.
Retro-credit for Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards will only be issued for qualifying purchases made within the previous thirty (30)days.
How do I find my account information?Your email address and Member Number can be found on your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program account dashboard in the P.F. Chang’s Mobile App, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
Is there a fee to join the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program?It is completely free to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member (and there are no hidden fees later, either).

CONVERSION OF POINTS TO CHANG’S CA$H™
What is happening to my points?All accumulated points in your Member Account from the legacy P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program will be converted to promotional Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards in September 2024. The conversion will be based on the number of points you have in your account as of 11:59 pm MST on the day before conversion. See the table below for points-to-Chang’s Ca$h™ conversions:

Chang’s Rewards® Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward, or sign into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Member account for online takeout and delivery orders. The Reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order.
Promotional Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards cannot be used towards the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, delivery fees, comps, or gratuities, and cannot be used towards orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as Uber Eats®.
What if I have an unexpired 15 Dollars Reward in my Member Account when the conversion occurs?Any points-based Rewards issued to your Member Account prior to the conversion will remain valid until their original expiration date (i.e., 60 days after issuance) and are eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase of $15 or more for dine-in, takeout, or delivery, at any participating P.F. Chang’s restaurants. To redeem a points-based $15 Reward, you must provide your email address or Member Number (as applicable) associated your Member account for the Reward to be applied as a credit toward your check. Each Reward is for one-time use only, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, and no change or credit will be given if purchase of eligible products is less than $15. Points-based Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount (including redemption of a Birthday Reward or with Chang’s Ca$h™ Rewards) and are not valid with third party takeout or delivery services.

P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Members enjoy all the benefits of P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards (see Gold Rewards FAQs), plus upgraded earning opportunities and VIP-level service.

- Free Delivery*. You will receive free delivery, which includes free service fees on all orders placed directly with, and fulfilled by, P.F. Chang’s or its designee.
- Priority Reservations. Platinum members will be able to access and receive assistance from the Platinum Concierge team if assistance is needed in securing a reservation. Login to your Platinum Account to contact VIP Concierge Support.
- Priority Waitlist Seating. Platinum members who visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location, inform the host staff of their Platinum membership and are verified as P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready.
- VIP Concierge Support. You will receive special occasion recognition when dining in-restaurant at participating P.F. Chang’s locations with a custom table setting available only to P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members. Plus, you will receive access to a Members-only VIP Concierge Support service that will endeavor to reply to all e-mails and calls within 30 minutes (during business hours, excluding all holidays). Login to your Platinum Rewards Account to retrieve the VIP Concierge Support phone number and email address.

How much does the monthly P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership cost?The monthly P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership fee is $6.99, excluding applicable tax.
Why do I need to store my credit card to create a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ account?Because the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ program is a subscription membership program with a monthly recurring fee, we require a stored credit card for billing purposes. Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to the credit card in your account.
How do I renew my subscription each month?Your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership will automatically renew each month. The monthly fee will be charged to the credit card saved in your account.
When will I be billed each month?Your billing cycle is determined by the date you upgrade to the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership and sign up for the subscription. The billing cycle is every 30 days from the date you enroll.
How do I cancel my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership?When signed into your account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards®, go to “Manage Account Details” to cancel your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership subscription. Please note that even if you cancel your paid P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership, you will remain enrolled in the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program and will retain all accrued points in accordance with the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program terms and conditions. Please contact VIP Concierge Support service via phone or by email with any cancellation issues.
Can I get a refund if I do not use my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership benefits?No, we do not offer refunds for unused membership benefits. You can cancel your subscription by going to “Manage Account Details” when signed into your account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s Rewards®.
Can I use my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership benefits with my family and friends?No. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership is an individual subscription linked to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ member account. Benefits of the program are non-transferable.
Can I purchase a P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ Program membership subscription as a gift for someone else?Unfortunately, no. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership is an individual subscription linked to an individual’s P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ member account. Our Privacy Policy does not allow you to access another person’s member account to add a gift membership.

Generally, the amounts are rounded-up—see P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Terms and Conditions.
Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items after application of all discounts and promotions. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, or on delivery fees, surcharges, comps, tips, taxes, or the value of redeemed Rewards.
Will I still earn P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ points when using my P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ membership?You will earn 20 points per dollar spent on all qualifying food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. That is 2x the number of points earned by P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program Members, so you will earn Rewards faster! You will not, however, earn points at both the P.F. Chang's Gold Rewards™ level and the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ level for the same order.
How many points do I need to earn a $15 Reward?Every time you earn 2,000 points, they will be automatically converted to a $15 Reward, which will be posted to your account and eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase. Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance.
Your points balance, earned Rewards, and all of your account information can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member account via P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in.
When do I get my points?Your points should appear in your account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. And remember, once you have earned 2,000 points, you will receive an email alerting you of your $15 Reward. At any time, you can login to your account to view your point balance and earned Rewards.
Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a $15 Reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.
How do I check my points balance?Your points balance will be printed on a receipt each time you tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program Member and provide your account information.

What do I earn points on?Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items and are calculated after application of all discounts and promotions.
Points cannot be earned on the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, delivery fees, comps, and tips.
Items purchased with bonus reward cards or other promotions are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program points.

Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my $15 Rewards?Once you have earned a $15 Reward, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward. The Reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order. The entire $15 Reward must be used in a single transaction. No credits or refunds will be given for orders in which the qualifying purchase totals less than $15.
Please note that Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit.
Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, retail merchandise, or alcohol.
How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced dessert or appetizer item on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
Can I use more than one Reward at a time?Yes, you may use more than one Reward per purchase for any online orders. Rewards are exclusively for P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Members. If multiple Rewards are used then the subtotal of the check must exceed the total amount of the multiple Rewards.

Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.
All issued Rewards are available to redeem on your next visit. To make sure you do not miss out, we will notify you of your earned Reward via email and send an email reminder, as well.
In case of membership termination, any earned available points and any available Rewards will be forfeited.

Do I have to give you my email address?In most locations, the email address associated with your account is how you can identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member. Certain locations require that you provide your Member Number. You must identify your account information to earn 15% Chang’s Ca$h TM back and redeem Rewards. Your Member Number is available by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.
What do I do if I forget to tell my server I am a Member?If you have not told your server prior to payment, you can still retroactively earn 15% Chang’s Ca$h TM back associated with your qualifying purchase within thirty (30) days. You can email Guest Services (guestservices@pfcb.com) to help assist you with a retro-credit. You can also contact guest services using our Contact Us form.
Retro-credit for Chang’s Ca$h will only be issued for qualifying purchases made within the previous 30 days.

How do I get priority waitlist seating at P.F. Chang's restaurants?You will receive waitlist priority for in-restaurant dining at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. When you visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information to the host staff and are verified as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ member, you will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready.

Chang’s restaurants. To redeem a points-based $15 Reward, you must provide your email address or Member Number (as applicable) associated your Member account for the Reward to be applied as a credit toward your check. Each Reward is for one-time use only, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, and no change or credit will be given if purchase of eligible products is less than $15.
