P.F. CHANG’S REWARDS® GENERAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE P.F. CHANG’S REWARDS® PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS OF THE P.F. CHANG’S TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, PLEASE SEE THE NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE REGARDING THE P.F. CHANG’S REWARDS PROGRAM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN P.F. CHANG’S REWARDS®.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty reward program allows participating members to earn points and redeem points for rewards (each, a “Reward,” as detailed herein).  The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® program consists of both a free tier, P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ and a paid membership tier, P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ (collectively, the “Program”) brought to you by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. (herein, “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours,” “P.F. Chang’s”).  These Terms and Conditions provide the rules governing the Program. 

Participation or use of any membership or related benefits in the Program at any time subjects the user (“you,” “your,” “yours,” “Member”) to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

ENROLLMENT

To become a Member of the Program, you must enroll either by downloading the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or through the P.F. Chang’s website at www.pfchangs.com/rewards by providing your first and last name and email address and creating an account password.  Members’ participation in the Program is subject to P.F. Chang’s Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference, and which must be accepted as a condition of enrollment in the Program.  Members have the option of providing additional personal information, State, Zip code, phone number, and birth month, to complete their Member account profile and become eligible for additional Program benefits and promotions.  For example, P.F. Chang’s currently offers a “Birthday Reward” to Members during their birthday month, so long as a Member has completed their Member account profile to include their birth month. All information provided by Members, whether as a result of enrolling in or by otherwise participating in the Program, is subject to the P.F. Chang’s Privacy Policy.

The Program is intended for personal use only.   Only legal residents of the United States are eligible to participate in the Program.  The Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.  Restaurant employees of P.F. Chang’s and its franchisees are not eligible to enroll in the Program.  Commercial use is prohibited.  No business entities, organizations or groups may become a Member.  

P.F. Chang’s reserves the right to limit Program participation and enrollment at any time. Limit one email address per person per membership in the Program.  P.F. Chang’s also may request additional or different information from existing Members or newly enrolling Members from time to time. You are responsible for providing true and accurate information and to ensure that the information in your Member account profile remains updated. Program communications with you will be made using the information in your Member account profile. P.F. Chang’s is not responsible for your inability to receive or redeem points, Rewards, or other Member benefits, or any other loss arising from your failure to provide and maintain accurate contact information in your Member account profile.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

There is no fee for participating in the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program membership tier.  

P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Members may upgrade to the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ tier at any time by subscribing and paying the applicable subscription fee as set forth in the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ subscription Terms and Conditions.

P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members may cancel their subscription at any time and continue participation in the Program in the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ membership tier.  

PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS

Points can be earned, and Rewards can be redeemed only at participating P.F. Chang’s restaurants in the continental United States and Hawaii, excluding Puerto Rico, airport locations, and international locations.

MEMBER ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Upon successful enrollment in the Program, Members will receive a unique P.F. Chang’s Rewards Member number (“Member Number”). The Member Number will be used to track purchase activity toward Program Rewards. Members may not maintain more than one P.F. Chang’s Rewards account. In the event that an individual establishes more than one Member account, P.F. Chang’s may terminate all duplicate accounts without notice.

Members may login to their account via the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or P.F. Chang’s website at www.pfchangs.com/rewards at any time using their email address and password to view their account, profile information, point balance and earned Rewards. Points will be credited to a Member’s account upon completion of a qualifying purchase. In certain cases, it may take up to 48 hours or more after a qualifying purchase for points to appear in a Member’s account. P.F. Chang’s shall not be responsible for, or liable to, any Member, person, or entity, in any way for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by any delay or error in crediting points to a Member’s account.

PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BENEFITS

The benefits available to Members through the Program vary by membership tier.  

P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Free Membership Tier

New Enrollment.  New Members will automatically receive 1,000 points upon enrollment in the Program.

Purchase Activity.  Members will earn ten (10) points for every U.S. dollar (USD$1) spent on eligible purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. Every time you earn 2,000 points, they will be automatically converted to a US $15 Reward, which will be posted to your account and eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase. Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance. To earn points, the Member must provide either the email address associated with Member’s account profile or their Member Number to the server prior to payment. At locations in California, Member must provide Member Number; requirements at other participating locations may vary.  Member may earn points only on purchases at participating locations made by the Member directly. Points for any single qualifying purchase may be credited to only one Member account. Eligible purchases exclude purchases made with third party ordering services, catering orders, the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, rewards, comps, tips, and promos. The number of points earned from eligible purchases is equal to the price of eligible purchases multiplied by 10 calculated as follows: The point system calculator will determine the points earned by calculating the total order dollar amount multiplied by 10 and rounding that figure to the nearest whole number, then subtracting a figure equal to the total amount of any ineligible items multiplied by 10 and rounded to the nearest whole number.

If Members do not provide a valid email address or Member Number (as applicable) prior to payment, Members can still earn points by providing the code found on the applicable receipt within thirty (30) days following the original qualifying purchase. The code on the receipt must be provided to P.F. Chang’s by submitting the information through Member’s P.F. Chang’s Rewards account found on www.pfchangs.com/rewards or by contacting P.F. Chang’s Guest Relations. Retroactive credit for points is not available without proof of purchase and is subject to credit in P.F. Chang’s sole discretion.

Member points are personal to each Member, and they may not be sold, transferred, assigned or shared, and they may not be used by the Member for any commercial purpose. Accumulated points are promotional and have no cash value. If a Member voids an eligible purchase made while checked in or returns or requests a refund on an eligible purchase in the future, P.F. Chang’s will deduct the points associated with that purchase from the Member’s account.

No portion of any payment for purchases qualifying for points in the Program constitutes consideration for Rewards earned.

Birthday Reward.  If a Member has completed their full Member profile, including their birthday month, the Member will receive a Birthday Reward—a complimentary dessert of the Member’s choice to enjoy any time during the Member’s birthday month.

P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Subscription Membership Tier

P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ subscription membership tier Members enjoy all of the benefits of the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ membership tier, as well as the following enhanced Program benefits:

Enhanced Points Earning. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will receive twenty (20) points for every U.S. dollar (USD$1) spent on eligible purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. All terms and conditions applicable to earning points under the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ membership tier apply to the P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ membership tier, except the number of points earned from eligible purchases is equal to the price of eligible purchases multiplied by 20. 

Free Delivery. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will receive free delivery on all orders placed directly with, and fulfilled by, P.F. Chang’s (or its designee).  No minimum order value is required; however, only orders made directly with P.F. Chang’s, through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or www.pfchangs.com are eligible for free delivery. The free delivery benefit is not applicable to third-party ordering and delivery services. P.F. Chang’s is not responsible for delivery fees on orders placed through third-party services. If multiple Rewards are used then the subtotal of the check must exceed the total amount of the multiple Rewards.  

Priority Reservations. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members may make reservations through a designated reservations platform accessible from the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or www.pfchangs.com. If no times and or dates are available online, P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members may call the VIP Concierge Support phone number, which is located on the member’s account dashboard,for assistance with reservation requests. Reservations on holidays cannot be guaranteed. 

Priority Waitlist Seating. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will receive waitlist priority for in-restaurant dining at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. Members who visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location and are verified as P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready. 

VIP Concierge Support. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will receive special occasion recognition when dining in-restaurant at participating P.F. Chang’s locations with a custom table setting available only to P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members. P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members will receive access to a Members-only VIP Concierge Support service, which is located on the member’s account dashboard, that will endeavor to reply to all e-mails and calls from P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members within 30 minutes (during business hours, excluding all holidays). 

OTHER WAYS TO EARN POINTS

From time to time, P.F. Chang’s, in its sole discretion, may offer (1) a point incentive to invite other users to participate in the Program; (2) other purchase promotions; or (3) other Program benefits or promotions. Such offers will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms set forth in the specific offer. Some promotions or benefits may not be identified to Member in advance. Activities or purchases tied to specific Program promotions or benefits must be fully completed, as determined by P.F. Chang’s in its sole discretion.

REWARD REDEMPTION

The Member’s point balance will be decreased by 2,000 points upon receiving the Reward. The Reward will be eligible for redemption for Member’s next qualifying purchase of USD$15 or more for dine-in or online orders placed through pfchangs.com and is valid at any participating P.F. Chang’s restaurant, excluding Puerto Rico, airport locations, and international locations.  To redeem a Reward, the Member must provide the email address or Member Number (as applicable) associated with the Member’s account for the Reward to be applied as a credit toward a Member’s check. Only one (1) Reward may be redeemed per guest check and no more than one (1) Reward may be redeemed per Member per visit.  Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, retail merchandise, alcohol or service and delivery fees under the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Membership Tier. 

For P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Members if multiple Rewards are used then the subtotal of the check must exceed the total amount of the multiple Rewards. Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of gift cards, retail merchandise, or alcohol under the P.F. Chang's Platinum Rewards™ Membership Tier.

Points-Based Rewards

Upon accumulating 2,000 points in the Program, regardless of membership tier, a Member will automatically receive a Reward worth USD$15. Member’s point balance will be decreased by 2,000 points upon receiving the Reward. Reward will be eligible for redemption for Member’s next qualifying purchase of US$15 or more for dine-in, takeout, or delivery, at any continental United States participating P.F. Chang’s restaurants including Hawaii, excluding Puerto Rico, airport locations, and international locations.  To redeem a Reward, the Member must provide the email address or Member Number (as applicable) associated with the Member’s account for the Reward to be applied as a credit toward a Member’s check.  Each Reward is for one-time use only, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, and no change or credit will be given if purchase of eligible products is less than USD$15. Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount (including redemption of a Birthday Reward) and is not valid with third party takeout or delivery services. 

Birthday Rewards

In accordance with the Program terms, Members may receive a Birthday Reward redeemable for a free dessert selection during the Member’s birthday month.  A Birthday Reward, once issued, will be eligible for redemption with Member’s next qualifying purchase. Birthday Rewards may be redeemed for the free menu item(s) specified, which may be subject to change without notice, at all continental United States participating P.F. Chang’s restaurants, excluding Puerto Rico, airport locations, and international locations.  To redeem a Birthday Reward, a Member must provide the email address or Member Number (as applicable) associated with the Member’s account for the Reward to be applied as a credit for the highest priced eligible menu item on a Member’s guest check. Charges for modifications are not included in the Birthday Reward and will be billed separately. Only one (1) Reward may be redeemed per guest check and no more than one (1) Reward may be redeemed per Member per visit. Birthday Rewards may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount (including redemption of a points-based Reward) and is not valid with third party takeout or delivery services.

All Rewards, except for Birthday Rewards, automatically expire sixty (60) days after receipt of the Reward.  Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of the Member’s birthday month.  Points will not be added back to a Member’s account if the Member does not use a points-based Reward before it expires.  

PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS

By participating in the Program, Member is opting in to receive transactional Program communications, which include but are not limited to: marketing communications including offers and promotions as well as information regarding events and various other marketing materials via email about their Rewards and the Program. Members can update their email address on the “Update Account” page on the P.F. Chang’s website. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to keep his or her email address updated and accurate. Consent to receive Program related communications electronically will continue to be valid until the Member revokes consent by terminating membership in the Program. Members may choose at any time to opt out of receiving transactional Program communications that contain marketing messages by unsubscribing or changing their email preferences by logging into their online account.

POINTS EXPIRATION

P.F. Chang’s will consider a Member account inactive after 365 days of non-use (“Inactive Account”). All points accumulated in any Inactive Account will expire and be deleted from the account.

MEMBER TERMINATION

P.F. Chang’s may, in its sole discretion, deactivate or permanently delete Inactive Accounts at any time and may automatically delete an Inactive Account after five (5) years.

CHANGES TO PROGRAM AND TERMINATION

P.F. Chang’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice to Members: (1) to change Program benefits or adjust the way points or Rewards are received, calculated, or redeemed, including point value or expiration dates for Rewards or points; and (2) to make modifications to, or terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Program, or merge it with a new or different loyalty program. Any changes or modifications become effective immediately upon posting revisions to these Terms and Conditions. You waive any right you have to any notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in the Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and such changes or modifications. You should review these Terms and Conditions and any applicable FAQs or other guidelines frequently to understand the terms that apply to the Program. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or any changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop participating in the Program.

P.F. Chang’s may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel, or combine Member accounts that appear duplicative. P.F. Chang’s may, in its sole discretion, terminate, suspend (either temporarily or permanently) or deactivate a Member’s membership in the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Member has violated the Program’s Terms and Conditions, misused or abused the Program, acted fraudulently or in violation of the law in any way, or acted in a manner contrary to P.F. Chang’s interests. In case of termination of a Member’s account for any reason, the affected Member’s earned points and issued Rewards will be immediately and automatically forfeited. In the case of P.F. Chang’s termination of the Program as a whole, P.F. Chang’s may, in its sole discretion, allow Members to redeem any outstanding valid and unexpired points and/or Rewards at participating locations. Any unredeemed or unexpired points and Rewards shall be cancelled at the earlier of either the expiration of the then-current Rewards or sixty (60) days after Program’s termination. 

P.F. Chang’s shall be the sole arbiter in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its Terms and Conditions, and any decision it makes relating to suspension, deactivation, or termination of any membership (including but not limited to cancellation of points or Rewards or offers) or the Program as a whole shall be final and binding. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, subsequent changes or modifications to the Terms and Conditions, or become dissatisfied with the Program or any of P.F. Chang’s decisions about the Program, your sole remedy is to discontinue participation in the Program through appropriate termination of your Member account.


P.F. CHANG’S PLATINUM REWARDS™ ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ (“Platinum Rewards”). As described in more detail in the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions, Platinum Rewards is a tier of the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty program that provides enhanced program benefits for a monthly fee (“Membership”). P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ is brought to you by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc. (herein, “we,” “us,” “our,” “ours,” “P.F. Chang’s”). 

Your participation in or use of a Platinum Rewards Membership at any time subjects the user ("you," "your," "yours", "Member") to the provisions of these P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Membership Terms and Conditions ("Membership Terms"). As part of the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® loyalty program, the Platinum Rewards Membership is further subject to the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions, the P.F. Chang’s website Terms of Use, and the P.F. Chang’s Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference herein. If you are a California resident, please see the Notice of Financial Incentive regarding the P.F. Chang’s Rewards Program.

PAYMENT METHOD

You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid credit card to subscribe to the Membership.

Only major credit cards are eligible for billing for the Membership and P.F. Chang’s reserves the right to reject debit cards, gift cards, pre-loaded cards, or similar billing devices.  Members must store their credit card information in their P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Member account to activate their Membership.

CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

P.F. Chang’s charges you for your Platinum Rewards Program Membership using the Payment Method you provide at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in the Platinum Rewards Program, you authorize P.F. Chang’s to charge your Payment Method the monthly Membership Fee. Your subscription provides you the opportunity to use Rewards and your non-use will not obligate P.F. Chang’s to provide you with any refund, in whole or part, of your monthly Membership Fee. P.F. Chang’s reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes, even if it has already requested or received payment, and to update your information from available third-party sources. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your Platinum Rewards Program Membership, we may suspend your access to the subscription until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details. 

RECURRING BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Recurring Billing. By enrolling in the Platinum Rewards Program, you authorize P.F. Chang’s to charge the amount of USD$6.99 to the billing method provided by you (your “Payment Method”) on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the day you start your Membership and every thirty (30) days thereafter (the “Billing Cycle”) until you cancel, or until P.F. Chang’s suspends, ends, or otherwise terminates your access to the Platinum Rewards Program, which it may do at any time. P.F. Chang’s has the right to adjust the price of the Platinum Rewards Program at their discretion. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice via email of material changes to the Membership benefits or if the Membership fee to be charged or debited changes. You will receive a confirmatory email sent to the email address listed on your P.F. Chang’s Rewards Program account after each monthly charge on your Payment Method. You hereby accept responsibility for all recurring charges made to your Payment Method prior to cancellation or termination. Unless you cancel, your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods at the then-current subscription rate. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you may use your Platinum Rewards benefits until the end of the applicable Billing Cycle and your Membership will not be renewed after that Billing Cycle ends. Your non-termination or continued use of the Membership reaffirms that P.F. Chang’s is authorized to charge your Payment Method on the recurring basis to which you agreed at enrollment. P.F. Chang’s may submit those charges for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges. 

If a charge/debit is returned unpaid, we will provide notice to the email address on file. Your account will be downgraded to the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program and will retain all accrued points in accordance with the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program terms and conditions.

P.F. CHANG’S MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU AFFIRMATIVELY CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR NOTIFY US THAT YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD INFORMATION. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE P.F CHANG’S REASONABLY COULD ACT. TO TERMINATE YOUR AUTHORIZATION, VISIT YOUR P.F. CHANG’S PLATINUM REWARDS PROGRAM ACCOUNT SETTINGS ON THE P.F. CHANG’S MOBILE APP OR WWW.PFCHANGS.COM.

Changes or Cancellation. To change or cancel your Membership at any time, click the Rewards FAQs link provided in Platinum Rewards Program-related emails and follow the instructions. To cancel online, visit the Platinum Rewards Program section at www.pfchangs.com or on the P.F. Chang’s mobile app. You can also call the P.F. Chang’s VIP Concierge Support Line to cancel your Membership and that phone number can be located upon logging into your account dashboard. Your cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the next Billing Cycle. If you cancel your Membership, you may use your Membership benefits until the end of the Billing Cycle and your Membership will not be renewed once that Billing Cycle ends. In such an event, you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any unused portion of the monthly Membership fee. If you cancel your Membership but want to re-enroll, you may do so by visiting your P.F. Chang’s Rewards Program Account settings at www.pfchangs.com or in the P.F. Chang’s mobile app.  Please note that even if you cancel your Membership, you will remain enrolled in the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program and will retain all accrued points in accordance with the P.F. Chang’s Gold Rewards™ Program terms and conditions.

Change in Amount Authorized. If the amount to be charged to your Payment Method varies from the current rate set forth in your initial offer due to an increase in our current rates (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), P.F. Chang’s shall provide notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with the issuer of your Payment Method will govern your use of your Payment Method as a payment mechanism. You agree that P.F. Chang’s may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.

CURRENT INFORMATION REQUIRED 

You must promptly notify P.F. Chang’s if your Payment Method is cancelled or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your account, username or password. Changes to such information can be made to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards Account settings. If you fail to notify P.F. Chang’s of any of the foregoing, you agree that P.F. Chang’s may continue charging you for your Membership, unless we have evidence that you cancelled your Membership in accordance with these Membership Terms.
