HOW TO MAKE GINGER BEER

Many guests are surprised to hear that we make our own ginger beer. It's true! The recipe we use in our restaurants is a simple combination of a few, clean ingredients. Ginger is an important ingredient in Asian cooking, so we honor this ingredient by only using it in its purest form.

Homemade ginger beer is a delicious mixer—you’ll find it in our mules!—but it’s also a refreshing alcohol-free beverage to sip on with lunch or dinner. Ginger beer naturally sips well with everything on our menu.

INGREDIENTS
Fresh ginger root
Lemons
Simple syrup
Juicer

STEP 1:

Thoroughly wash and prep the ginger root

STEP 2:

Run the ginger through the juicer until you get 3 ounces of juice

STEP 3:

Squeeze the lemons by hand until you get 6 ounces of juice

STEP 4:

Combine 9 ounces of simple syrup with ginger and lemon juices

STEP 5:

Pour over ice, then top with soda water and enjoy!
