The Green Onion Story

BY: TATUM SNODGRASS | NOVEMBER 7, 2017

Mr. Muranaka was up for the challenge. Now, our chefs use every single piece of the Muranaka Farm green onion in a variety of recipes so nothing goes to waste!

"Being a good farmer means being good stewards of the land. Rotating crops and letting the land rest are good practices for honoring the Earth that provides such bountiful vegetables year after year."

-Charles Muranaka, third-generation family farmer
