SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In celebration of the winter season and upcoming holidays, P.F. Chang’s is announcing its newest limited time only menu, with elevated selections rooted in Asian culinary tradition. The signature chef-curated items are sure to please guests with a variety of offerings across the menu, from dim sum to dessert.

“The holidays provide a unique opportunity to utilize seasonal flavor profiles and ingredients to bring exciting new items for our guests to enjoy,” said Tana Davila, chief marketing officer at P.F. Beginning today through January 18, 2022, P.F. Chang’s will offer the following limited-time items:

Dim Sum Wagyu Dumplings: Pan-fried with a sweet soy drizzle

Entrées Fire-Braised Short Ribs: Slow-braised beef short ribs with a savory glaze, served with pineapple fried rice Short Rib Fried Rice: Slow-braised beef short rib, kimchi, mushrooms, edamame, egg, wasabi mayo, green onion

Dessert Chang's Apple Crunch: Our version of apple pie, served hot with cinnamon sugar, caramel, and vanilla ice cream

Cocktail The Ornament: Grey Goose Vodka, Moonstone Asian Pear Saké, yuzu, pomegranate, served in a keepsake ornament to commemorate the holidays

A prix fixe menu, including an appetizer, soup, one entrée and dessert, starts at $50 per person and includes a glass of Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, or Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Artemis Cabernet Sauvignon, perfect for toasting special occasions and everyday moments.

In addition to exciting new menu options, P.F. Chang’s is debuting new seasonal gift cards. With artistic designs featuring dragons and cranes and imprinted wishes for a season of good fortune, the cards are available in restaurants for physical gifting, and also online for digital delivery.
