P.F. Chang’s To Go

At P.F. Chang’s, our mission is to share the spirit of Asia and Asian cuisine with the world. A big part of that mission is making sure our loyal guests have access to the flavors they love and expect at P.F. Chang’s – from Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef to bold catering and lunch options – wherever they happen to be. And long before the events of 2020 inspired other restaurants to ramp up their takeout, delivery, and expansion efforts, we already had a plan in the works to solve this issue with a brand-new concept: P.F. Chang’s To Go.

What is P.F. Chang's To Go?
At its heart, P.F. Chang’s To Go is a faster, easier, and more accessible way to enjoy what you love most about P.F. Chang’s – our iconic food. With a more simplified menu centering on the classics (don’t worry, Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef, and The Great Wall of Chocolate® aren’t going anywhere), we’re able to focus on high-demand items we know will travel best no matter the distance. Identifying these takeout and delivery-friendly menu items was a key goal, as we’ve also ramped up the ways to enjoy P.F. Chang’s To Go through off-premise dining, including partnering with delivery services like Grubhub and Door Dash, as well as testing self-delivery in select areas. 

With everything sorted, we opened our very first P.F. Chang’s To Go location in the heart of Chicago on February 3, 2020, with fast plans to open additional locations in New York, Texas, and Florida. See if there’s a location planned in your area here.

A brand-new experience 
In each location, we’ve reduced indoor dining to fit the smaller space. This means many restaurants will be takeout and delivery only, or offer limited seating, freeing up the remaining interior to accommodate space for placing an order or perusing our new Grab and Go case for items like canned beverages and packaged desserts. Ordering has also been streamlined with the addition of counter service for walk-in guests. Of course, those who prefer to order ahead will still be able to schedule an order online via our website or mobile app. Skip the reservations – they’re not needed at P.F. Chang’s To GO.

No matter your special occasion, we’re here to provide the perfect menu, P.F. Chang’s To Go being no exception. Like P.F. Chang’s, To Go locations will offer customizable catering packages for larger events, individually packaged meals, and Lunch Bowls perfect for small gatherings, or à la carte options to build your next feast exactly the way you want it.
