An eGift card is an electronic gift card that can be received via email or smartphone device and used to redeem in one of our participating P.F. Chang's restaurant locations in the contiguous United States, excluding airport locations. eGift cards work similar to plastic gift cards, except the gift card number shown on the eGift card is manually entered in our point of sale system by a P.F. Chang's team member, instead of the card being swiped.

P.F. Chang’s gift cards can be loaded for variable amounts from $5.00 to $500.00.

While personal messages cannot be included with physical gift card orders, you are able to include a personal message when placing an eGift card order.

When you receive your plastic gift cards will depend on the shipping method chosen. We offer USPS Mail, UPS 3-day, UPS 2nd Day Air. As for the eGift cards, the gift will be sent immediately after placing your order and should be received shortly after. If you or your recipient do not receive your eGift cards, please log into your account to resend the email or request a replacement gift card.

Yes, P.F. Chang’s offers seasonal and limited edition gift card designs for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduation season, Lunar New Year, the U.S. holiday season, as well as others. Availability for seasonal gift cards will vary.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of addresses that can be shipped to in a single order.
