When was P.F. Chang’s founded?

P.F. Chang’s opened its doors in 1993 at the Scottsdale Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ.

What does P.F. Chang’s stand for?

P.F. Chang’s was conceived and developed by Paul Fleming (P.F.) and Philip Chiang (Chang) so both names were incorporated into the name of the concept.

Does P.F. Changs’s accept reservations?

FOOD

Will you give me my recipe for my favorite dish?

We hold on tightly to our signature recipes however we highly recommend Barbara Tropp’s cookbooks. She was an expert in Asian cuisine and a consultant with P.F. Chang’s throughout our menu development.

Does P.F. Changs’s have menu items for those with Celiac's Disease or an intolerance to gluten?

Yes. The menu is located on our website in the 'Menu' section. Our Gluten Free Menus are available in our restaurants as well. Simply ask your server upon arrival and we’ll try to accommodate any special requests.

Does P.F. Changs’s provide nutritional information for your menu items?

Yes. All of our current nutritional information for our menu items is available on our website under 'Menu'. Near the bottom, click on the 'View Our Nutritional Information' button. However, if you are on a special diet program, please speak with one of our managers or Chefs during your visit and we will do our best to make menu recommendations and accommodate your needs.

BECOMING A MEMBER

How do I become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member?

Please visit https://www.pfchangs.com/account/sign-up and fill out an enrollment form to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards Member. Membership is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions found by clicking here.

What do I get for being a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member?

You will automatically receive 1,000 points just by becoming a new P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member. After that, you will earn 10 points per dollar spent on all qualifying food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations.

You will receive a Free Entrée Reward for every 2,000 points earned.

Upon completion of your full Member profile, including your birthday month, you'll also receive a Birthday Reward—a complimentary appetizer or dessert of your choice to enjoy any time during your birthday month.

In addition, unless you opt-out from receiving our email communications, you will have the opportunity to order new menu items before anyone else, receive advance notice of special announcements, and receive exclusive offers only available to P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Members.

When do I receive my 1,000 points for joining?

As a new P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member, the 1,000-point enrollment bonus will post directly to your account within 48 hours after signing up.

Who can join the reward program?

P.F. Chang’s Rewards® is open to all P.F. Chang’s guests age 18 and over who legally reside in the United States.

Do I need to be signed up for the email list in order to participate in the P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Program?

While it is not required in order to participate in P.F. Chang’s Rewards®, we recommend you receive our emails, as any communication regarding P.F. Chang’s Rewards® exclusive offers, surprises, and birthday rewards (if eligible) are sent via email. After signing up for the Program, you can opt out of receiving emails from P.F. Chang’s by unsubscribing or changing your email preference by logging into your online account.

How do I earn points?

You must tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member and provide your account information to earn 10 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations.

You can earn points by dining in, picking up takeout orders, or ordering online at: https://order.pfchangs.com/ If ordering online, you must sign-in with to your account to receive points for the order. It's that easy.

What information do I have to provide to earn points?

Provide your email address or P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member Number to identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member. Your Member Number is required to identify your member account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member account (www.pfchangs.com/rewards) or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.

When do I have to identify myself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member to earn points?

Notify your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member with your Member Number at any time before payment during your visit to earn points for qualifying purchases.

How many points do I get per order?

For every dollar spent on eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations, you'll earn 10 points. For example, if you spend $40 on qualifying purchases (after application of all discounts and promotions), you'll get 400 points toward your next Free Entrée Reward. Generally, the amounts are rounded-up—see Program Terms and Conditions for details. Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items after application of all discounts and promotions.

How many points do I need to earn a Free Entrée Reward?

Every time you earn 2,000 points, they will be automatically converted to a Free Entrée Reward, which will be posted to your account and eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase. Free Entrée Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance.

Your points balance, earned Rewards, and all of your account information can be found at www.pfchangs.com/rewards. .

When do I get my points?

Your points should appear in your account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. And remember, once you have earned 2,000 points, you will receive an email alerting you of your Free Entrée Reward. At any time, you can login to your account to view your point balance and earned Rewards.

Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a Free Entrée Reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.

How do I check my point balance?

Your point balance will be printed on a receipt each time you tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards member and provide your account information.

What do I earn points on?

Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items and are calculated after application of all discounts and promotions.

Points cannot be earned on the purchase of P.F. Chang’s gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges and tips. Items purchased with bonus reward cards or other promotions are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Rewards® points.

Can I earn points on takeout orders?

Yes. When you pick up your order, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information.

Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®, are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Rewards® points.

Can I earn points through an online order?

Yes. Login using your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account when placing your online order. If you forget to login using your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information when you pick up your order.

Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®, are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang’s Rewards® points.

Do I earn points on orders placed through third party ordering services such as DoorDash®?

Unfortunately, no.

When do points expire?

Points expire after 365 days of membership inactivity. In case of membership termination, any earned available points will be forfeited.

REDEEMING REWARDS

How do I redeem my Free Entrée Rewards?

Once you have earned a Free Entrée Reward, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward. The Free Entrée Reward will be applied to the highest-priced entrée on your order. Charges for modifications not included.

Please note that Free Entrée Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced appetizer, Street Fare, Dim Sum or dessert on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.

Can I use more than one Reward at a time?

No, only one (1) Reward or promotional offer can be used per purchase. Rewards are exclusively for P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Members. Other promotional offers are available to all guests.

Which items are eligible for a Free Entrée Reward?

A Free Entrée Reward can be used for any of the following eligible menu items:

· Salads
· Main Entrées
· Noodles & Rice
· Gluten Free Entrées
· Seasonal Entrées
· Lunch Bowls

Free Entrée Rewards are not eligible with P.F. Chang’s For Two. Charges for modifications not included.

Can I redeem rewards on takeout orders?

Yes. When you pick up your order, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information to redeem a Free Entrée Reward or Birthday Reward, if available.

Can I redeem rewards through an online order?

Yes. Login using your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account when placing your online order and your Free Entrée Reward or Birthday Reward, if available, will be visible in your wallet. If you forget to login using your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member by providing your account information when you pick up your order. The server will redeem your Free Entrée Reward or Birthday Reward, if available.

When do rewards expire?

A Free Entrée Reward will be automatically issued each time you earn 2,000 points and will expire sixty (60) days after it’s issued. Free Entrée Rewards are available to redeem on your next visit. To make sure you don’t miss out, we’ll notify you of your earned Reward via email and send an email reminder, as well.

Birthday Rewards expire on the last day of your birthday month.

In case of membership termination, any earned available points and any available Rewards will be forfeited.

Can my rewards be used at Pei Wei?

No, P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member benefits cannot be used at Pei Wei.

What happened to Warrior Rewards?

P.F. Chang’s Rewards has replaced Warrior Rewards. Previous Warrior Rewards members who have not yet enrolled must contact our Guest Relations to activate a new P.F. Chang’s Rewards account or sign up online at www.pfchangs.com/rewards.

Previous Warrior Rewards members with active points on their account (points earned from visits within the last 365 days) have been converted to the new P.F. Chang’s Rewards program and all active points have been transferred. We will be emailing you additional information including your new account number to the email associated with your account. If you have any questions, please contact Guest Relations.

If you were a previous Warrior Rewards member who has not had any activity on your account in the last 365 days OR if you do not have an email address on file for your account, your Warrior Rewards account has been deactivated. Please contact Guest Relations or visit www.pfchangs.com/rewards to create a P.F. Chang’s Rewards account.

To create a new P.F. Chang’s Rewards account please visit www.pfchangs.com/rewards.

Does my Warrior Rewards card still work?

Warrior Rewards has been replaced with P.F. Chang’s Rewards®. If you have not received an email with your new information and instructions, please contact Guest Relations.

Do I have to notify my server that I am a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member?

Yes. Please inform your server and provide your account information to earn points or redeem any earned Free Entrée Rewards, Birthday Rewards, or other P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member exclusive promotional offers available.

Your Member Number is required to identify your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found upon logging into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account (www.pfchangs.com/account/sign-up) or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.

Your Member Number is not available as a way to identify your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account in many locations. In these locations, you must provide the email address associated with your account.

When should I identify myself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member?

Notify your server that you are Rewards member and provide your account information at any time before payment during your visit to apply points for eligible purchases.

Do I have to give you my email address?

In most locations, the email address associated with your account is how you can identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Member. Certain locations require that you provide your Member Number. You must identify your account information in order to earn points and redeem Rewards. Your Member Number is available at www.pfchangs.com/account/sign-in.

What do I do if I forget to tell my server I'm a member?

If you have not told your server prior to payment, you can still retroactively earn points associated with your qualifying purchase within thirty (30) days. Your receipt will provide the information you need to apply to earn those points. Login to your P.F. Chang’s Rewards® account and scroll to the “Retro Credit” section, where you can enter your receipt details to earn points on qualifying past purchases. You can also call Guest Services to help assist you with a retro-credit.

Retro-credit for points will only be issued for qualifying purchases made within the previous 30 days.

What does it cost to join P.F. Chang’s Rewards®?
