Important Warrior Rewards Update
As we continue to strive to create the best possible experience for you, we are hard at work on some exciting improvements to our Rewards Program. To help us focus on these improvements and provide the greatest value to you, no new accounts are being accepted

How does Warrior Rewards work?
1. The Warrior Rewards program allows you to receive Rewards for dining with us. These Rewards may not be identified to you in advance.
2. There are a few ways you can participate in Warrior Rewards. If you already have a plastic Warrior Rewards card you can use it as directed at any participating P.F. Chang’s location in the Continental United States. When you visit us simply present your plastic card to your server and they will swipe it and you’ll receive credit for that visit.
If you have a Warrior Rewards member number, you can provide that to your server, instead of presenting a Warrior Rewards card to swipe.
If you signed up for Warrior Rewards on our website or from our Mobile App, you can use the phone number registered to your account as your account ID and provide that to your server when you dine with us. If you registered a card online, you will also have a virtual card number, which you can see when you log in to your account. If you want to jot that number down and present that to your server you are welcome to do so. All options, when presented to your server, will allow you to get credit for your visit.
We are in the process of making improvements to our Rewards Program; therefore, no new accounts or Rewards cards are being distributed at this time. When we are ready to relaunch, we will reopen our new, improved Rewards Program to enrollment.
3. If you have a Reward, the Reward will automatically be applied to your check when your server swipes your card or enters your registered phone number.
Where do I get a Warrior Rewards Card?
We are in the process of making some exciting improvements to our Rewards Program. Therefore, no new accounts or Rewards cards are being distributed
at this time. If you are already enrolled, you can use your phone number or member number associated with your online Rewards account
to participate. Simply provide either number to your server to get credit for your visit. If you wish to receive updates from P.F. Chang’s about the relaunch of our Rewards Program, plus other exciting promotions, sign up for email alerts at pfchangs.com.
What if I lost my Warrior Rewards Card?
If you misplaced your card, simply provide your server with the phone number registered to your account to receive credit for your visit. If you haven’t provided your phone number, click here
to add or update the phone number assigned to your account. No new cards are being distributed at this time.
How are my Warrior Rewards tracked?
We do all the tracking of your dining experiences for you. All you need to do is provide your Warrior Rewards card, Warrior Rewards card number, or the registered phone number assigned to your account, each time you dine to receive credit for your visit.
How do I know if I have a reward?
We will send you an email notifying you that a new award has been posted to your account. You can go here
anytime to view your available Rewards.
Can I receive past credit for a visit?
No. You must provide your Warrior Rewards card, Warrior Rewards card number, or phone number registered to your account at the time of purchase to receive credit for your visit.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
No. Only one reward may be used at a time and they are not valid with any other discount, coupon or offer, including P.F. Chang's for Two and Happy Hour.
Can a reward be redeemed more than one time?
No. Once you've earned a reward, it may only be redeemed one time. Reward expiration dates can be viewed in your rewards account. Click here

Why must I have registered my Warrior Rewards Card to receive Rewards?
You can only redeem a Reward if you have registered your card. It provides us with basic information and allows us to communicate Rewards, news and events to you. Important Note
: We are in the process of making some exciting improvements to our Rewards Program. During this
transition, we have decided to discontinue new registrations as of 07/18/2013. This will allow us to focus on delivering the best possible experience when we relaunch our improved Rewards Program
What if I have multiple Warrior Rewards Cards?
As long as you use the same e-mail address when registering your cards, your previous visits and rewards will be transferred after 24 hours. This only applies to the new Warrior Rewards program. Visits prior to the Warrior Rewards program launch do not apply.
Is the Warrior Rewards discount valid for Happy Hour and the P.F. Chang's for Two Menu?
No. Warrior Rewards cannot be used with any other discount, coupon or offer.
Can a Warrior Rewards discount be applied to alcoholic beverages?
No. Warrior Rewards cannot be used on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Can Warrior Rewards be used on Take Out?
Yes, simply present your Warrior Rewards card, Warrior Rewards card number, or the phone number registered to your account to the server when you pick-up your order.
How long is my Warrior Rewards Card valid?
Your Warrior Rewards card is valid for as long as the Warrior Rewards program is running, and should be kept so you can enjoy all of the exciting offers we provide to our cardholders. You should know, we are currently making some updates to our Rewards Program and will keep members up to date with any changes during this exciting transition. As always, reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or modify the Warrior Rewards program at any time.

to view your Rewards and check expiration dates. Please note, we are in the process of making some updates to our Rewards Program. During this transition we will be trying out several new offers and closing out some old ones. If you have an unused lettuce wrap Reward, be sure to use it before it expires on 09/16/2013.
