How does Warrior® Rewards work?
1. The Warrior Rewards® program allows you to receive Rewards for dining with us. These Rewards may not be identified to you in advance.
2. There are two ways you can participate in Warrior® Rewards. You can carry a card and have your server swipe it each time you dine with us, or you can use your phone number as your account ID and provide that to your server when you dine with us. Both options, when presented to your server, will allow you to get credit for your visit.
3. If you prefer to carry our new Warrior® Rewards card, you can get one at any participating
P.F. Chang’s location in the Continental United States. In order to receive Rewards, you must register your card online
here.
4. If you have a Reward, the Reward will automatically be applied to your check when your server swipes your card or enters your registered phone number.
Where do I get a Warrior® Rewards Card?
You can get a Warrior® Rewards card at any participating P.F. Chang’s location in the Continental United States. Along with the Warrior® Rewards card you will receive instructions on how to register your card.
I Registered for Warrior® Rewards, but do not see My free Lettuce Wrap award in My account online?
Although the reward is available to use within 24 hours of registering, it will not show in your account online until you’ve made a visit to the restaurant and swiped your card, or given the server your phone number. Even if you’re an existing card holder, we must have record of a visit after the launch of Warrior® Rewards, on January 9, 2012. Once we've recorded this first visit with the new Warrior® Rewards program, your Free Lettuce Wrap reward will show in your account. How are my Warrior® Rewards tracked?
We do all the tracking of your dining experiences for you. All you need to do is make sure to register your Warrior® Rewards card and provide your Warrior® Rewards card, or the registered phone number assigned to your account, each time you dine to receive credit for your visit.
How do I know if I have a reward?

Can I use more than one reward at a time?
No. Only one Reward may be used at a time and they are not valid with any other offer or discount. Expiration dates can be viewed in your Rewards account. Click

Why do I need to register my Warrior® Rewards Card?
You can only redeem a Reward if you have registered your card. Additionally, when you register your Warrior® Rewards card, and provide us with basic information; it allows us to communicate Rewards, news and events to you. Oh, and you’ll receive your first Reward just for registering.
What if I enrolled in the previous Warrior® Card program?
Your membership and information will automatically be transferred to the new Warrior® Rewards program on January 9, 2012.
What if I have multiple Warrior® Rewards Cards?
As long as you use the same e-mail address when registering your cards, your previous visits and rewards will be transferred after 24 hours. This only applies to the new Warrior® Rewards program. Visits prior to the Warrior® Rewards program launch do not apply.
What if I lost my Warrior® Rewards Card?
There are 2 things you can do:
1. If you do not want or need a replacement card, simply provide your server with the phone number registered to your account and they can look up your account and you’ll receive credit for your visit. If you haven’t provided your phone number, click
here to add or update the phone number assigned to your account.
2. If you desire a replacement card, you can get one at any participating P.F. Chang’s location in the Continental United States. On the visit you receive your replacement card it is best to provide the server with the phone number registered to your account to receive credit for the visit. Upon registering your new card you can then use your card instead of the phone number if you desire. Also, upon registering your new card you will ensure any previous Rewards are transferred.
Is the Warrior® Rewards discount valid for Happy Hour and the P.F. Chang's for Two Menu?No. Warrior® Rewards cannot be used with any other discount or offer.
Can a Warrior® Rewards discount be applied to alcoholic beverages?No, Warrior® Rewards cannot be applied to alcoholic beverages.
Can Warrior® Rewards be used on Take Out?
Yes, simply present your Warrior® Rewards card or the phone number registered to your account to the server when you pick-up your order.
How long is my Warrior® Rewards Card valid?
Your Warrior® Rewards card
does not expire and should be kept so that you can enjoy any offers we provide to our card holders, however, we do reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or modify the Warrior® Rewards program at any time.
How do I update my account information?
