OFFICIAL RULES – NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND D.C., 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Promotional Period: The Spirit of the Zodiac Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit the P.F. Chang’s® Instagram® account (https://www.instagram.com/pfchangs/) and locate the official Sweepstakes post (the “Post”). To receive one (1) base entry, an entrant must:

1. Sign into your Instagram® account or, if you are not already a member, become a member of Instagram® and sign in. Creating an Instagram® account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram® account, you will be required to agree to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy;

2. Visit and follow the P.F. Chang’s® Instagram® account;

3. Like the Post; and

4. Tag one (1) friend in a comment on the Post (collectively, an “Entry”).

Limit one (1) base entry per person, plus up to one (1) optional bonus entry, for a maximum of two (2) Entries per person during the Promotion Period. Additional comments, tags, follows, likes, shares, or use of multiple Instagram® accounts will not create additional eligible Entries.

All Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing. Incorrect or incomplete Entries are void and will not be eligible.

Optional Bonus Entry – Share Post to Instagram Story

Entrants may receive one (1) additional Entry by sharing the Post to their Instagram® Story during the Promotion Period. The Story must remain visible and verifiable by Sponsor at the time of Sponsor’s review. No purchase is necessary to participate or receive the bonus entry.

Entry Requirements: Entrant’s Instagram® account must be public during the Promotion Period and must remain public through winner verification so Sponsor can verify compliance with the entry requirements, including any Story-based bonus entry. Any Story submitted for a bonus entry must be posted during the Promotion Period and visible at the time of Sponsor review. Entries must comply with all applicable Instagram® terms, community guidelines, and policies and must not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or Sponsor’s customary standards and practices.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Sponsor (as defined below) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all local sponsors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Winner Selection and Notification: Forty (40) prospective prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received, conducted on or about September 28, 2026. Winners will be notified via Instagram® direct message from Sponsor’s official account. If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, cannot be verified as eligible, does not provide information reasonably requested by Sponsor for prize fulfillment, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate prospective winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.

Prizes: Forty (40) prizes are available. Each winner will receive one (1) Bao plush with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $10.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $400.00. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Content License: To the extent an entrant submits or posts content in connection with an Entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in any media for promotional purposes related to Sponsor.

Publicity Grant: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, Entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, or permission.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram® from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible, or misdirected Entries, Stories, comments, or direct messages, or for technical errors, platform outages, privacy settings, or other circumstances that prevent Sponsor from verifying an Entry.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, artificial intelligence tools designed to simulate human participation, or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or who violates these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Platform Disclaimer and Compliance: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram®. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram®. Entries must comply with all applicable Instagram® terms of use, community guidelines, and policies. Any Entry that violates Instagram® rules or is removed, unavailable, private, or otherwise not verifiable may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Governing Law/Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona. Any action or litigation concerning these Official Rules shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Arizona. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the Sponsor’s fundamental intentions hereunder, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired, provided, however, that in such cases the parties oblige themselves to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision by a new legally valid stipulation.
