Promotional Period: The Mama Chang Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 10, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit the P.F. Chang’s® Instagram® account (https://www.instagram.com/pfchangs/) and locate the official Sweepstakes post (the “Post”).

Sign into your Instagram® account or, if you are not already a member, become a member of Instagram® and sign in. Creating an Instagram® account is free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram® account, you will be required to agree to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy;

Visit and follow the P.F. Chang’s® Instagram® account; and

Like and comment on the official pinned Sweepstakes post and tag a mom. (collectively, an “Entry”).

Limit one (1) base entry per person, plus up to two (2) bonus entries.

All Entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible for the drawing. Entrants who follow the above instructions will have the chance to be randomly selected from all eligible Entries and, if selected, will be the prospective Prize Winner. Incorrect or incomplete Entries are void and will not be eligible.

Entrants may receive one (1) additional Entry by posting a photo celebrating their “Mama Chang” to their Instagram® Story between May 4–10, 2026 (including, but not limited to, moments at a P.F. Chang’s® restaurant or elsewhere), tagging @pfchangs, including #MamaChang and a caption explaining why their mom is special. Feed posts will not qualify for this bonus entry.

Bonus Entry – Share Pinned Post to Instagram Story

Entrants may receive one (1) additional Entry by sharing the official pinned Sweepstakes post from the

P.F. Chang’s® Instagram® account to their Instagram® Story between May 4–10, 2026.

No purchase is necessary to participate or receive a bonus entry.

Entry Requirements: Entries must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and must not include: (a) any identifiable images of third parties, including but not limited to minors, celebrities, and friends, who have not expressly authorized entrant to display their image or likeness; (b) any content that violates any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights or trademark rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (c) defamatory language or threatening language; (d) language or content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or indecent; (e) language or content that promotes the consumption or abuse of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs; (f) any other language or content that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on

race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; (g) any material that is threatening to any person, place, or business group; or (h) contain words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group or that Sponsor determines is inappropriate in Sponsor’s sole discretion and/or does not otherwise meet the Promotion requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entries that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful or to violate any of the policies of Sponsor’s customary standards and practices. Instagram® account must be public at time of entry and winner selection. Story must be posted during the Promotion Period and visible at time of Sponsor review.

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Sponsor (as defined below) and respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize winner and eight (8) runner-up winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 11, 2026. Winners will be notified via Instagram® direct message. If a selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prospective prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within forty-eight (48) hours of issuance of prize notification. If the prospective prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if a prospective prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective prize winner shall be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,500

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Gift cards are subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner may receive an IRS Form 1099.

Content License: By submitting an Entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the Entry in any media for promotional purposes related to Sponsor.

Publicity Grant: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s use of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, Entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Instagram® from any claims arising from participation or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected Entries or for technical errors of any kind.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, artificial intelligence tools designed to simulate human participation, or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or who violates these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Platform Disclaimer and Compliance: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram®. Entries must comply with all applicable Instagram® terms of use, community guidelines, and policies. Any Entry that violates Instagram® rules or is removed by Instagram® for any reason may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Governing Law/Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Arizona. Any action or litigation concerning these Official Rules shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. You agree to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Arizona. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, IDENTIFIABLE PERSONS, OR THIRD PARTY PARTICIPANTS, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

Severability: If any provision of these Official Rules shall be held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the Sponsor’s fundamental intentions hereunder, and the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired, provided, however, that in such cases the parties oblige themselves to use their best efforts to achieve the purpose of the invalid provision by a new legally valid stipulation.
