VINEYARD 518

In the world of Chinese numerology, 518 means "I will prosper." P.F. Chang's is proud to offer our new handcrafted wines under the label Vineyard 518. We partnered with Wattle Creek Winery, a family-owned estate, because of their shared commitment to integrity and flavor.

The Sauvignon Blanc has flavors of white peach and orange blossom with touches of herbal character. Citrus flavors unfold with crisp grassy notes and tight acidity.

The Syrah Blend has rich dark fruit flavors with a hint of black pepper and spice.
P.F. Chang's Wine Program

Wine will always be an important part of the dining experience at P.F. Chang's. Our wine list reflects popular trends and emerging wine growing regions. We strive to create an environment where our guests can reflect and enjoy their favorite wine or discover something new.

Because P.F. Chang's values the opportunity to experiment and experience new flavors, we offer Build Your Own Wine Flights! Wine flights are an excellent way to enhance your dining experience. Depending on your preference, select any three wines that we offer by the glass to build your own custom flight. It's a great way to compare wines of the same varietal or growing regions against one of your familiar favorites. Each wine in your flight is tagged with a "tuit". Tuits are intended to help you identify each glass of wine, but the best part is you can take them home to remember your new discovery.

P.F. Chang's China Bistro was awarded top National honors for Best Chain Restaurant Wine Program at the VIBE VISTA awards in 2010.

Depending on your city & state, wine list selections and pricing may vary.
Quick Lesson
(Fresh facts to pique your interest)

New Zealand has a relatively short wine-making history. It’s a cooler wine area compared to its neighbor Australia and is broken into two large islands. The North Island consists of the wine growing regions of Auckland, Gisborne, Hawkes Bay and Martinborough. The South Island has Marlborough, Caterbury and Central Otago. New Zealand is most famous for its Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough region but recently (within the past 5 or 6 years) has gained attention for their Pinot Noirs. New Zealand has captured the distinct classic flavor characteristics known to this complex grape.
