Our beer list is designed to reflect the local culture of each P.F. Chang’s market, which makes each beer list unique. Because beer styles often reflect the local flavor and personality of its residents, our Operators create their list based on what fits the best with their region.

There are four main ingredients needed to make beer: water, malted barley, yeast and hops.

Water
is the principle ingredient of beer and has a significant impact on the flavor and texture of the final brew.
Malted Barley is a natural source of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals that provide the base flavor and body of beer. Some brewers may use other cereals such as Maize, Rice or Sorghum to give a variation to the flavor.
Yeast is a living organism that feeds on the barley or grain sugars to create alcohol and carbon dioxide in beer. Each brewer decided on the type of yeast that they will use to best impact their flavor and style.
Hops is a very important part of the brewing process and is used as a natural preservative. It imparts unique aromatic floral, spicy aroma and bitters.
