Scottsdale, AZ. (September 17, 2010) - P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. (NASDAQ: PFCB) is participating in The Great American Dine Out®, a national week-long event that brings together thousands of restaurants and millions of consumers to help raise funds to support Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign™ to end childhood hunger in America by 2015.

From September 19 - 25, 2010, guests who visit any P.F. Chang's China Bistro in the United States and order the Lettuce Wraps will be helping the No Kid Hungry Campaign™. For every order of Lettuce Wraps purchased, P.F. Chang's will donate $.50 up to $50,000. Through its No Kid Hungry Campaign™, Share Our Strength® ensures all of America's children have nutritious food where they live, learn and play.
