Chinese Bistro Rewards Gluten Free Diners with Recipes and a Triple Chocolate Mousse Mini Dessert
 
Scottsdale, AZ. (September 13, 2010) - P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. (NASDAQ: PFCB) celebrates National Celiac Disease Awareness Day by rewarding their gluten intolerant customers with two recipes to prepare at home and a new gluten free addition to the dessert menu, the Triple Chocolate Mousse Mini.

"We are excited to expand our dining options for guests with Celiac disease, both in the restaurant and at home," said Rick Tasman, COO of P.F. Chang's China Bistro.

On September 13, guests can visit www.pfchangs.com/chefscorner to find the recipes for Gluten Free Mongolian Beef and Gluten Free Shanghai Cucumbers. In addition, P.F. Chang's will officially add the new Gluten Free Triple Chocolate Mousse Mini to the dessert menu, a rich combination of chocolate ganache, milk chocolate mousse and flourless chocolate cake.
