Chevy Chase, MD (August 23, 2010) - P.F. Chang's China Bistro (NASDAQ: PFCB) celebrates a milestone with their 200th restaurant opening in the Chevy Chase community. The new location offers an upscale dining atmosphere, pairing signature Chinese cuisine with contemporary design and a panoramic, hand-painted mural designed specifically for the restaurant.

The cuisine is the main attraction of the new 6,821 square foot space, along with the stylish décor that provides an inviting backdrop for the overall P.F. Chang's experience. The menu features made-to-order entrees using the freshest and highest quality ingredients and offers a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, noodles, rice, vegetables and desserts, priced between $7.50 and $22.50.

While the menu illustrates the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese fare,
P.F. Chang's also showcases a variety of chef-inspired menus, specialty items and the new custom wine label VINEYARD 518. The restaurant offers a Happy Hour from 3-6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and serves a handpicked selection of wines by the glass or bottle. With 38 wines by the glass, an extensive signature drink menu and freshly brewed loose-leaf teas, there is always a perfect pairing to any meal. In addition, guests can also enjoy the special "P.F. Chang's for Two" menu option of a four-course meal for $39.95 (per couple) and P.F. Chang's Gluten Free menu.
