PGA PROS DEFIED THE ODDS WITH ULTIMATE ROOFTOP GOLF CHALLENGE IN NEW YORK

Golf Legend Annika Sorenstam, PGA Tour Professional Briny Baird & U.S. Veteran Don Vickery Hit Incredible Charity Chip Shots from New York Skyscraper - Scored a Bulls-Eye in the East River to Support Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and ANNIKA Foundation

P.F. Chang's will donate $100,000 to charities and offer free Lettuce Wraps nationwide
in celebration

New York, NY -- June 28, 2010 -- World-renowned female golfer Annika Sorenstam, PGA Tour Professional Briny Baird and PGA Teaching Pro and U.S. Veteran Don Vickery, the first and only double amputee Class A member of the PGA of America, teamed up to support charity and accomplished a seemingly impossible feat -- scoring bulls-eye golf shots from the rooftop of a 40-story building at Waterside Plaza in New York City onto a floating target in the East River.

Based on their "Chipping for Charity" success, P.F. Chang's will donate $100,000 to help both the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families, and the ANNIKA Foundation.

P.F. Chang's will also offer everyone in America a free order of lettuce wraps with purchase of an entree to celebrate the golfers' incredible skills. To find out how to get complimentary lettuce wraps, visit www.pfchangs.com.

"Annika Sorenstam, Briny Baird and Don Vickery are three of the most inspiring athletes in America," said Rick Tasman, Chief Operating Officer, P.F. Chang's China Bistro. "P.F. Chang's is proud to honor their dedication to such meaningful causes, which is why we're rewarding everyone in America with a complimentary lettuce wrap -- our most celebrated dish."

PGA Tour Pro Briny Baird is no stranger to golfing in unique locations for charity. He completed another near-impossible golfing feat by landing a 230-yard-bulls-eye shot from 375 feet in the air at San Diego's PETCO Park at this time last year. The stunt is just the latest in a series of notable wins that have brought Baird praise from all corners of the golfing world.

"It's a tremendous opportunity to be able to put the game I love to work in support of deserving charities," says Baird.

P.F. Chang's will also donate the floating target, valued at $50,000, to the New York Harbor School for future use as a floating dock.

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund
The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families. Since 2000 the Fund has provided over $130 million in support to wounded military personnel and veterans, and to the families of troops lost in service to our nation. The Fund's most recent effort is the construction of the $65 million National Intrepid Center of Excellence. Built on the grounds of the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD and opening this summer, the Center will be the Department of Defense's primary facility for research, diagnosis and treatment for traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress, which afflict tens of thousands of veterans of the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Prior to that, in January 2007 the Fund opened the Center for the Intrepid at Brooke Army Medical Center, a $55 million facility providing the most advanced rehabilitation care to troops and veterans suffering amputation or severe burn injuries. From 2000 to 2005, the Fund provided grants to the families of military

personnel lost in performance of their duty. The Fund made over $14 million in such payments until 2005, when Congress substantially increased the federal death gratuity paid to these families. The Fund continues the efforts of the late Zachary Fisher, founder of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum and the Fisher House Foundation, who for many years until his death in 1999 made personal contributions to the families of military personnel lost in performance of their duty.
