Chang's China Bistro (NASDAQ: PFCB) will open its doors to the Miami community, offering upscale dining with dishes and flavors inspired by China. The new 5,992 square foot restaurant features a contemporary Chinese design complemented with a panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting ancient China.

While the stylish decor provides an inviting backdrop, the cuisine is the main attraction. P.F. Chang's serves traditional Chinese offerings and innovative dishes that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese fare. Dishes are made to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu features a tantalizing array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, noodles, rice, vegetables and desserts, priced between $7.95 and $22.50. Guests can enjoy the special "Chang's for Two" menu option of a four-course meal for $39.95 (per couple) or the newly introduced Gluten Free menu. In addition, the restaurant also offers a new Happy Hour from 3-6pm daily, and features a handpicked selection of wines by the glass or bottle, including P.F. Chang's new custom wine label, VINEYARD 518. With over 39 wines by the glass, an extensive signature drink menu and freshly brewed loose-leaf teas, there is always a perfect pairing to any meal.

(305) 591-5603, and walk-in guests are also welcome. The restaurant seats 222 guests, with additional space for patrons on the patio. The new Dolphin Mall location will charge a standard 18% gratuity only for parties of 8 or more. There will be no auto-gratuity for parties under 8.
