P.F. Chang's China Bistro as they introduce their newest additions to the menu: Traditional Egg Rolls, Mahi-Mahi, Sesame Chicken and VIP Duck. Debuting on January 26th, the new dishes provide a delicious start to the Year of the Ox.
In the spirit of Chinese New Year, P.F. Chang's welcomes guests to visit the restaurant and enjoy a celebratory meal of new dishes, including:
-Traditional Egg Rolls: An enticing appetizer filled with fresh pork and marinated vegetables. Served as a pair, the flavorful egg rolls are perfect for dipping in a special sweet & sour mustard sauce.
-Mahi-Mahi: A succulent white fish dressed with a lemongrass garlic sauce for a wonderfully light entree. This dish is grilled to perfection and served over a bed of cilantro rice. The subtle herbs and crispy leeks add a delicious dynamic to this contemporary entree.
-Sesame Chicken: This appetizing dish can be served as an entree or a lunch bowl. The specially created sesame sauce provides a unique and savory flavor. As a nutritional benefit, sesame seeds contain high amounts of antioxidants along with a rich nutty flavor. The dish also provides a healthful serving of broccoli and red peppers.
-VIP Duck: A tender half duck served Cantonese style and glazed with a sweet soy plum sauce. Served with flatbread, scallions and cucumbers drizzled with sesame vinaigrette, this sumptuous dish earns its royal name.
